At Minky Couture, we want you to be completely wrapped in comfort. If your blanket isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Blanket
Place your unwashed, tag-attached blanket into its original packaging or a secure shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
